Request a Review
Send shortlist review requests to hiring managers, and other stakeholders without disrupting workflows.
Introduction
Sending review requests allow for seamless collaboration between recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers. The guide below details how to request a review, the interface the hiring manager will see, and the notes they can leave.
If you are using Juicebox as a Recruiting Agency, you can use this feature to securely collaborate with clients.
Requesting a Review
Hiring Managers will have view-only access to Juicebox and can only see the projects and shortlists shared directly with them. Before proceeding, ensure you have added candidates to your project’s shortlist.
If you haven't, please refer to the Shortlist Profiles article here and once your shortlist is ready, follow the steps below.
Requesting a Review
To share a profile(s) with a Hiring Manager, go to your project’s shortlist and select the profiles you want the Hiring Manager to review. Then click Actions and select Request Review from the dropdown.
Tip: You can invite multiple hiring managers for the same shortlist if needed, ensuring a comprehensive review process.
Reviewing Requested Profiles
As the Hiring Manager, you will receive an email every time a team member has requested your review. From the email, you can select Review Profiles which will redirect you to the project’s shortlist where you can begin your review process.
Once redirected to the shortlist, select Start Review (top right corner) to begin.
For each profile, you can approve or reject the candidate. When rejecting, you may also add optional feedback for the team to review.
After all profiles have been reviewed, you can select Finish Review > Confirm and your process is complete! The team member who requested your review will then receive an email notification letting them know that all profiles have been assessed.
Addressing Hiring Manager Feedback
Once a hiring manager has completed their review, the hiring team can:
- Click the Review Profiles link in their email to access completed feedback
- View approval or rejection statuses along with any comments left by the hiring manager
- Ask clarifying questions or leave comments to the hiring manager’s feedback directly within the platform
