Criteria

Use criteria to rank your search results by describing more nuanced or inference based requirements.

Launching Criteria

When running a prompt, you will see the option to configure or review the criteria initially populated by Juicebox.

image

While configuring your criteria, consider:

  • Criteria are natural language instructions. You can describe anything that may be applicable.
  • Be clear and concise. If a colleague wouldn’t understand the criteria, the AI won’t either.
  • You can edit, add, and remove criteria as needed.
  • Juicebox uses all 30+ data sources when assessing each profile against the criteria.
  • They are ranked from most to least important, and can be re-ranked using the left-hand selector.

Creating a Preset

Presets are pre-defined sets of sourcing criteria that can be reused across multiple projects or searches to save you time and keep searches consistent. You can start with one of Juicebox’s pre-built out presets or create your own custom preset to quickly launch criteria for projects with similar requirements or ongoing, evergreen roles.

To create a preset:

  1. From your project’s search, head into your criteria
  2. Create the list of criteria you would like to use across all roles related to that project
  3. Click “Save Preset” in the top right corner of the criteria screen
  4. Name the criteria based on the role, and add a description if helpful
  5. Click “Save Preset”
image

To reuse a preset saved by you, your team, or Juicebox:

  1. From your project’s search, head into your criteria
  2. Click “Select Preset” in the top right
  3. From the list available, select the preset you would like to reuse
  4. Click “Apply Preset” in the top right
  5. Click “Update” to run your results

Evaluating Results

Once you update your criteria and run your results, candidates will appear in a ranked view, giving you the best matched candidates right off the bat. Each profile will receive a score against the set criteria, and will be shown as:

  1. Good Match (Green thumbs up): signifies that the criteria are fulfilled, either through explicit mention on the candidate’s profile or through AI inference.
  2. Potential fit (Yellow thumbs up): suggests that the criteria are likely met but with some ambiguity, or that there is some evidence missing.
  3. Not a match (Red stop sign): indicates that there is no evidence that the criteria are met based on the information available.

To gain a deeper understanding of a candidate’s match, click on Review or the candidate’s profile to open a detailed evaluation page.
