Getting Started

Signing up to PeopleGPT takes seconds. Sign in via email or SSO, create your organization, and you’re ready to go.

Create an account

The first step to use PeopleGPT is creating an account. Click the “Sign In” button at the top right hand corner of the opening page to get started.

You have three sign-in options:

Continue with Google
Continue with Email
Continue with SSO / SAML*

SSO / SAML is available on the enterprise plan. Please reach out to your Juicebox account representative.

Verify your email address

When creating an account, you will be prompted to confirm your email address. Head to your inbox and verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to you.

Can’t find the link to verify your email? Please be sure to check your spam folder. You can also request a new email by selecting “resend email”.

If you are facing any issues with email verification, please contact support.

Select your organization name

You will be prompted to choose your organization name. This is used internally, only. Most customers use the name of their company or team, for example Pied Piper or Pied Piper Recruiting.

You can change your organization name later, too, so don’t worry if you’re unsure.
